Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Konyct platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the ecosystem. Konyct provides a marketplace and community platform connecting brands and enthusiasts in Nepal.

2. User Conduct & Community Circles

Konyct is built on trust. Users (Enthusiasts) and Brand Managers agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during onboarding.
• Respect the rules of individual Brand Circles.
• Refrain from posting fraudulent, offensive, or harmful content.
• Not attempt to manipulate the Brand Equity Score (BES) through automated bots or fake engagement.

3. Brand Verification & Integrity

Brands applying for "Verified" status must provide legitimate documentation (PAN/VAT, Registration). Konyct reserves the right to revoke verification status at any time if documentation is found to be forged or if the brand engages in unethical practices that damage the ecosystem's integrity.

4. Brand Equity Score (BES)

BES is a non-monetary unit representing community trust. While BES can unlock access to exclusive products or private circles, it has no direct cash value and cannot be transferred outside the Konyct ecosystem. Konyct reserves the right to adjust scoring algorithms to ensure fair play.

5. Intellectual Property

Brands retain ownership of their logos and product stories. Enthusiasts retain ownership of their original feedback and stories. By posting on Konyct, you grant the platform a non-exclusive license to display your content within the ecosystem to facilitate community interaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

Konyct is a facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality of physical products claimed through brand drops or the outcome of business collaborations initiated on the platform. All transactions and interactions are at the user's own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the spirit of the Konyct community without prior notice.

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account immediately in the app, or deactivate it for a 14‑day grace period. If you cannot access the app, submit a request at /account/delete-request.
