1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Konyct platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not access or use the platform. Konyct provides a relational community platform connecting brands and believers globally.

2. Community Standards & Circle Participation

Konyct is built on trust, respect, and relational integrity. Enthusiasts and brand team members agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during onboarding and verification.
• Respect the norms and focus of individual Brand Circles and Industry Clubs.
• Refrain from posting deceptive, abusive, harassing, or spam content.
• Never attempt to manipulate the Belief, Equity, Signal (BES) trust layer using bots, scripts, or false activity.

3. Brand Verification & Authenticity

Brands claiming official profiles must furnish valid documentation of brand ownership and registration. Konyct reserves the right to reject or revoke brand verification if credentials are found to be fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of platform safety standards.

4. BES Trust Signal Integrity

BES (Belief, Equity, Signal) is a trust signal representing verified community contribution and authentic participation. BES has no monetary or cash value, cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and is not a financial asset. Konyct maintains active integrity layers to ensure trust signals are earned through genuine contribution.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

Brands retain ownership of their proprietary logos, trademarks, and product information. Contributors retain ownership of their original feedback, stories, and comments. By posting on Konyct, you grant the platform a limited license to present your contribution within the designated Circles and Clubs in accordance with your privacy settings.

6. Platform Role & Limitation of Liability

Konyct is a community platform where brands and people get to know each other. When users acquire products on a brand's third-party store or external site, transactions and fulfillment are governed solely by that brand's terms. Konyct is provided "as is" without warranty of continuous uninterrupted service.

7. Account Termination & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise community safety. Users may delete their accounts at any time inside the app settings or via our Account Deletion Request Page.
