Common questions.
What is Konyct?
Konyct is a place where a brand and the people who care about it get to know each other. People ask questions, share what worked, and tell the brand what they want next. The brand listens in public and shows what it did about it.
Who can use Konyct?
Anyone can join. You do not need to write anything to get value out of it. Reading what other people said is enough.
What is a Circle?
A Circle is a room inside a brand. A brand can open one to everyone, one for people who have put real time in, and one it keeps private. That is the whole list.
What is the Brand Equity Score?
It is a sign of how much the community trusts a brand, built from the things people actually do: sharing something real, giving honest feedback, bringing in active members. It is not bought, and it cannot be traded. A high score opens things up, such as closer rooms or a say in what gets made.
Can I buy things on Konyct?
Konyct does not take payment today. When you decide to buy something, you do it on the brand's own site or store.
How does a brand join?
A brand owner signs up and sets up a page. After that the brand can open Circles, publish what it is making, and answer the people who show up.
Is Konyct free?
For people, yes. Joining and taking part costs nothing.
Do I have to post to get anything out of it?
No. Liking nothing and scrolling nothing earns you nothing, and that is on purpose. What counts is saying something true.
What is an Industry Club?
A Club is a group for one trade or interest, run by the people in it rather than by a company. Anyone can propose one. The members decide what stays.
What is the Promise Ledger?
It is a brand's public list of things it said it would do. A promise can be kept or dropped, but it is never quietly deleted. People who were there when it was made can say they saw it kept.
Is what I post private?
It depends on the room. Some Circles are open to everyone. Some are for members only, and some are private to the brand's own team. You can see which kind a room is before you post in it.
Are there adverts on Konyct?
No. There are no adverts, and no brand can pay to appear higher in what you see.
