I tasted it today. The Lamjung Anaerobic coffee has a strong, noticeable acidity, but it’s balanced nicely by sweetness so it doesn’t feel too sharp. For an anaerobic coffee, it tastes really well balanced. I’m curious how it was brewed. what coffee-to-water ratio and water temperature was used?
